Nothing is better then the home baked bread

This time I will share a lovely recipe for homemade bread, which was actually my husband's contribution to our festive table.
(We run out of bread and as it was Easter, most of the shops were shut!)
I will be short and sweet!
Haven’t been up to anything exciting as we got the Bug again...
Just have been cooking, baking, playing, crafting with little monkey, changing cold compresses, giving medicines...
Being on this subject, I found a great recipe for immune system booster:

Chop in food processor 1kg lemons, add 1 medium size organic honey and crushed walnuts. Put it in a jar and have one big spoon in the morning!

Children might not like it ( mine doesn’t), but I tell you - is soooo delicious!

600g Very Strong Wholemeal Flour
7g sachet easy blend dried yeast
1 1/2 tsp sea salt
425 ml tepid water

Mix together the flour, yeast and salt, Add the water and knead the dough.
Put it onto a lightly floured surface and knead for 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
Put the dough in a big bowl and cover with cling film. Leave it to rise in a worm place  until double in size, about 1 hour.
Preheat the oven to 220C.
Knead once more and at this point you can add chopped olives, sun dried tomatoes, herbs ...
Shape it the way you would like and leave it to rest for 10-15 minutes.
Bake in the center of the oven for 20 minutes and then turn the oven to 180C for another 10-15 minutes.
Tap the underside with your knuckles, should sound hollow.
If not turn to the oven and bake for a little longer. Cool on a wire rack.

Enjoy with some good quality olive oil...for example.
We love it when it's hot! The smell of home baked bread can’t compare with anything!
