My mum's recipe, my little touch

Well, here is another idea from me for a little snack, dip, something that could accompany beer, wine, with crackers, tortilla, crisps...Guacamole! One of my favourite. I have been making it for years and years but no matter how much I have tried to make it like my mum's I couldn't do it. I just didn't have the right tool! Yep! Sometimes tools are everything. I have a food processor but it is too big for just one avocado, so at the end I got so fed up and I bought myself a mini chopper!! And here it is! My perfect guacamole!

I hope you like it!

I know, not very exciting but I like it ...a but hot as well.

And added some special ingredient- I had this superb sauce to photograph and of course I had to try it and cook with it. So I made a few other dishes as well, which I will share very soon here! You will see the jars on the photos and I do recommend them- this is not an add, but honestly they give such a nice kick to the meal, I am getting a bit addicted! Anyway, you could just use some red chilli instead if you don't have the sauce in your cupboard.

Here is the recipe:

1 avocado, 10-15 strands of coriander (i am not very keen on it, so I used parsley,)

1 spring onion, clove of garlic, 1tsp of the magical sauce or a 1/2 of red chilli, salt,

1/2 lemon - squeezed. Blitz it in food processor , and enjoy!
